摘要 近年来纯电动汽车市场快速发展,首批投入市场的纯电动汽车也开始出现一些故障,文章以北汽EV200纯电动汽车为例,结合实际,重点阐述DC-DC系统的结构与工作原理,并探讨了纯电动汽车发生低压不能充电的故障时的诊断与排除方法。 In recent years,the Battery Electric Vehicle(BEV)market has developed rapidly,and some failures have also begun to occur in the first batch of Battery Electric Vehicles put on the market.Taking the BAIC EV200 Battery Electric Vehicle as an example,combined with the actual situation,this article focuses on the structure and working principle of the DC-DC system,and discusses the diagnosis and troubleshooting methods of a battery electric vehicle when the failure that the low voltage system cannot be charged occurs.
