金融精准扶贫视角下返贫路径的阻断与优化

Blocking and Optimizing the Path to Return to Poverty from the Perspective of Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation--Based on the investigation of Guyuan City,Ningxia

扶贫是一项长期性工作,虽然2020年脱贫攻坚战既定目标即将实现,但是消除贫困存量、遏制贫困增量、防止脱贫不稳定人口返贫、边缘人口致贫的任务仍然艰巨。本文以宁夏回族自治区脱贫攻坚主战场固原市为例,基于金融精准扶贫视角,探讨金融在阻断返贫方面的着力点和切入点,在此基础上提出金融精准扶贫优化策略。

Poverty alleviation is a long-term task.Although the set goals of the 2020 poverty alleviation battle are about to be achieved,the task of eliminating the stock of poverty,curbing the increase in poverty,preventing the unstable population from poverty alleviating from returning to poverty,and the marginal population from causing poverty is still arduous.This article takes Guyuan City,the main battlefield for poverty alleviation in Ningxia,as an example.Based on the perspective of financial precision poverty alleviation,this article discusses the focus and entry point of finance in preventing poverty reduction,and proposes an optimization strategy for financial precision poverty alleviation on this basis.
