摘要
农民专业合作社是一类特殊的市场主体,带头人在农民专业合作社的建设和发展中扮演者重要角色。农民专业合作社的特殊性要求其带头人具有特别的胜任特质,不仅要具备一般市场主体领导人的经营管理才能,而且还要有合作社带头人所应有的特定素养。从目前的实际情况来看,农民专业合作社带头人队伍建设还不能很好地满足农民专业合作社发展的需要,带头人队伍建设还面临着一系列的挑战。政府应从带头人队伍人才资源孵化、人才结构优化、人才队伍稳定、人才素质提升等多方面采取措施加大对农民专业合作社带头人队伍的建设。
The farmer specialized cooperative is a special kind of market main body.Leaders play an important role in the construction and development of farmers’professional cooperatives.The particularity of farmers’professional cooperatives requires its leaders to have special competency.They should not only have the management ability of general market subject leaders,but also have the specific literacy that cooperative leaders should have.From the current actual situation,the construction of the leader team of farmers’professional cooperatives can not meet the needs of the development of farmers’professional cooperatives,and there are still a series of challenges.The government should take measures to strengthen the construction of the leader team of farmers’professional cooperatives from the aspects of talent resources incubation,talent structure optimization,talent team stability and talent quality improvement.
