在当前国际话语体系中频繁出现的针对中国的威胁、陷阱等理论是中国外交政策面临以及亟待克服的重大挑战。中国政府提出的“人类命运共同体”这一旨在强调综合安全、共同安全的理念无疑成为中国强有力的应对方案。因此,回答人类命运共同体为何是以及如何以它为基础致力构建中国外交话语体系这个问题具有极为重要的意义。对此,中国要充分挖掘外交话语体系与人类命运共同体理念之间的关联性,以人类命运共同体作为新方案,用实际行动消解西方话语霸权,展现中国外交话语力量。

The theory of threats and traps against China that appears frequently in the current international discourse system is a major challenge faced and needed to be overcome by China’s foreign policy.The concept of“Community of Destiny for Mankind”put forward by the Chinese Government,which aims to emphasize comprehensive security and common security,has undoubtedly become a strong response to China.Therefore,it is of great significance to answer the question of why as well as how the community to build China’s diplomatic discourse system on the basis of it.In this regard,China must fully tap the relationship between the diplomatic discourse system and the concept of community of destiny for mankind,take the community of destiny for mankind as a new plan,dispel the hegemony of Western discourse with practical actions,so as to show China’s diplomatic discourse power.
