艺术硕士专业学位研究生人才培养融入地域文化资源研究——以海南大学艺术硕士为例

Research on the Integration of Regional Cultural Resources in the Training of Graduate Students with Master of Fine Arts——Taking Graduate Students with Master of Fine Arts from Hainan University as an Example

将海南地域文化资源融入艺术硕士专业学位研究生人才培养具有重要价值,但学界已有的研究还不够深入。海南大学近年来通过专业课设置、实践活动安排、校外导师遴选等途径进行了有益尝试,但还存在课程体系设计还不够完善、研究生对海南地域文化本身研究还不够深入、教师缺少对相关具体教学方法研究、校外导师队伍配备不足等问题。建议对现有研究生培养方案进行修订,进一步完善相关课程体系;强化对艺术专业硕士研究生的有针对性科研训练和引导;从省里和学校层面增加与海南地域文化相关的艺术类教学教改研究项目数量;聘用更多高水平民间艺人作为艺术专业硕士研究生的校外导师。

The Integration of regional cultural resources in the training of graduate students with Master of Fine Arts is very important.But there is not enough research in academic circles.In recent years,Hainan University has made some useful attempts through professional course setting,practical activity arrangement and off-campus tutor selection.But there are still some problems,such as the design of curriculum system is not perfect,the research on Hainan regional culture itself by graduate students is not deep enough,teachers lack the research on relevant specific teaching methods,and the shortage of teachers outside the school.It is suggested that the existing postgraduate training programs should be revised to further improve the relevant curriculum system;the targeted scientific research training and guidance to the graduate students with Master of Fine Arts should be strengthened;the number of teaching reform projects related to Hainan regional culture should be increased from provincial and school level;and more high-level folk artists should be employed as off-campus tutors.
