宫颈癌同步放化疗疾病进展患者恐惧现状及影响因素研究

Current status of fear of disease progression in patients undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer and study on its influencing factors

目的调查宫颈癌同步放化疗疾病进展患者恐惧水平,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2018年12月至2019月11月本院进行同步放化疗的宫颈癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)、家庭韧性评估量表(FRAS)、慢性病患者健康素养调查量表(HeLMS)进行调查,分析影响因素。结果宫颈癌同步放化疗患者FoP-Q-SF得分为(41.01±7.09)分,HeLMS得分为(69.79±10.47)分,FRAS得分为(145.24±14.02)分。多元回归分析显示,年龄、家庭月收入、家庭韧性、癌症健康素养进入回归方程(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌同步放化疗疾病进展患者恐惧处于较高水平,年龄、家庭月收入、家庭韧性、癌症健康素养是宫颈癌同步放化疗患者的疾病进展恐惧的主要影响因素。医护人员应重视宫颈癌同步放化疗患者的疾病进展恐惧水平,给予针对性护理,提高患者家庭韧性和癌症健康素养,降低和控制患者的疾病进展恐惧水平。

Objective To investigate the level of fear of disease progression in patients who underwent concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods The patients with cervical cancer who underwent concurrent chemoradiation and chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the study objects.The general data sheet,fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF),family resilience assessment scale(FRAS),and health literacy management scale(HeLMS)of chronic disease patients were used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors.Results The FoP-Q-SF score of patients undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer was(41.01±7.09)points,the HeLMS score was(69.79±10.47)points,and the FRAS score was(145.24±14.02)points.Multiple regression analysis showed that the age,monthly family income,family resilience and cancer health literacy entered the regression equation(P<0.05).Conclusion The fear of disease progression in patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer was at a high level.The age,monthly family income,family resilience and cancer health literacy were the main factors influencing the fear of disease progression in patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer.Medical staff should pay attention to the level of fear of disease progression in patients with cervical cancer concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and provide targeted care to improve the patient's family resilience and cancer health literacy,and reduce and control the patient's fear of disease progression.
