妇科恶性肿瘤化疗心理韧性微观系统的保护性因素研究及护理干预措施

Study on protective factors of psychological resilience micro-system of gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy and related nursing intervention measures

目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤化疗心理韧性微观系统的保护性因素,并针对保护性因素制定护理干预措施。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月本院收治的85例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者通过相关心理韧性调查量表分组,≥64分为高心理韧性组(n=49),<64分为低心理韧性组(n=36)。将采集数据录入统计学软件进行处理分析。结果受试者心理韧性微观系统的保护性多因素包括一般自我效能感得分、自我掌控感得分、领悟社会支持得分、医学应对方式及化疗后锻炼(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤化疗心理韧性水平处于中等偏低水平,且一般自我效能感得分、自我掌控感得分、领悟社会支持得分、医学应对方式及化疗后锻炼分数较高的妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者心理韧性较强,因此,护理人员应根据各方面水平实施个体化护理干预方案,促进更快适应疾病症状和治疗不良反应。

Objective To explore the protective factors of the psychological resilience micro-system of gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy,and formulate nursing intervention measures for the protective factors.Methods We selected 85 cases of patients with gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 to group by the relevant mental resilience survey scale,≥64 were divided into a high psychological resilience group(n=49),and<64 were divided into a low psychological resilience group(n=36),then the collected data was entered into statistical software for processing and analysis.Results The protective multi-factors of the subject's psychological resilience micro-system included general self-efficacy score,self-control score,perceived social support score,medical coping style and post-chemotherapy exercise(P<0.05).Conclusion The gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy psychological resilience level was at a moderate to low level,and the general self-efficacy score,self-control score,perceived social support score,medical coping style and exercise scores after chemotherapy were relatively strong in patients with gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy.Therefore,nursing staff should implement individualized nursing intervention programs according to various levels to promote faster adaptation to disease symptoms and treatment of adverse reactions.
