护士参与心脏康复对冠心病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of nurses'participation in cardiac rehabilitation on the living quality of patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨护士参与心脏康复对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法将本院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的冠心病患者100例等分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予基础护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施护士参与心脏康复护理,两组干预3个月后,采用生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评估两组患者生活质量情况。结果观察组躯体疼痛、社会功能、生理机能、精神健康评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士参与对冠心病患者心脏康复干预后疗效显著,使患者生活质量提高,预后改善。

Objective To explore the effect of nurses'participation in cardiac rehabilitation on the living quality of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study objects,and they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.The patients in the control group were given basic nursing care,and the patients in the observation group received nurses'participation in cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the quality of life evaluation scale(SF-36)was used to assess the quality of life of the two groups.Results The body pain,social function,physiological function and mental health scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'participation in cardiac rehabilitation intervention for patients with coronary heart disease had a significant effect,which can improve the living quality of patients and improve the prognosis.
