摘要
目的探讨交互分析奠基式团体教育干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将2018年9月至2019年2月收治于本院的COPD患者40例设为对照组,将2019年3—9月收治于本院的COPD患者40例设为试验组,对照组接受COPD常规护理与院外延续护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用交互分析奠基式团体教育干预,对两组干预后的症状依从度和CAT指标进行比较。结果试验组COPD患者干预后症状管理依从度评分显著高于对照组,CAT评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用交互分析奠基式团体教育干预对COPD患者进行干预,可明显改善其症状管理依从度与生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of foundational-based group education intervention interaction analysis in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)patients alternatively.Methods To select 40 cases of COPD patients admitted to this hospital from September 2018 to February 2019 as a control group according to the principle of comparability of characteristics between groups,and another 40 cases of COPD patients admitted to this hospital from March to September 2019 were selected as an experimental group.The control group received conventional COPD nursing and out-of-hospital continuous nursing,and the experimental group used foundational-based group education intervention interaction analysis on the basis of the control group to compare the symptom compliance and CAT indicators of the two groups after intervention.Results The symptom management compliance score of COPD patients in the experimental group after intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the CAT score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of foundational-based group education intervention interaction analyzed in COPD patients alternatively can significantly improve their symptom management compliance and quality of life.
