揿针疗法联合心脉通贴散穴位贴敷干预对不稳定性心绞痛患者的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of needle-embedding therapy combined with acupoint application of Xinmaitong plaster on unstable angina patients

目的探讨揿针疗法联合心脉通贴散穴位贴敷治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年3—4月本院就诊的120例UA患者为研究对象,等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采取揿针疗法联合心脉通贴散穴位贴敷干预,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候评分,采用西雅图心绞痛量表评价生存质量,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后中医证候积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PL,AS,AF,TS均有所升高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后PL,AS,AF,TS与对照组同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论揿针疗法联合心脉通贴散穴位贴敷对改善UA患者症状,提高生存质量有一定的作用,临床疗效好,值得进一步应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of needle-embedding therapy combined with acupoint application of Xinmaitong plaster in the treatment of unstable angina(UA).Methods We selected 120 cases of UA patients who were treated in our hospital from March to April 2020 as the study objects,and they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received conventional intervention,the observation group took needle-embedding therapy combined with acupoint application of Xinmaitong plaster on the basis of the control group to compare the clinical efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups of patients,and the Seattle angina questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of life,and observe the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PL,AS,AF,and TS increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in PL,AS,AF,TS between the observation group and the control group during the same period after treatment(P<0.05),and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The application of needle-embedding therapy combined with acupoint application of Xinmaitong plaster can improve the symptoms of UA patients and improve the quality of life.The clinical effect was good and it was worthy of further application.
