基于网络平台的延伸护理对痛风患者自我管理及生活质量的影响

Effect of extended nursing based on network platform on self-management and living quality of patients with gout

目的探讨基于网络平台的延伸护理对痛风患者自我管理及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月本院收治的痛风患者300例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则等分为对照组和观察组。对照组行常规护理方案,观察组行基于网络平台的延伸护理方案,比较两组患者痛风治疗情况、自我管理能力及生活质量。结果干预前两组患者血尿酸水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组患者血尿酸水平均较干预前有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。6个月内观察组复发7(4.67%)例,对照组复发23(15.33%)例,对照组复发率高于观察组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者自我管理能力评分均较干预前有提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者生活质量均较干预前有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于网络平台的延伸护理可以提高痛风患者自我管理能力,改善患者血尿酸控制水平及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing based on network platform on self-management and living quality of patients with gout.Methods To select 300 cases of gout patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 as the study objects,and they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.The control group underwent conventional nursing plan,and the observation group underwent an extended nursing plan based on the network platform to compare the treatment status,self-management ability and living quality of patients with gout in the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in blood uric acid level between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood uric acid levels of the two groups of patients improved compared with that before the intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Within 6 months,there were 7(4.67%)recurrences in the observation group and 23(15.33%)recurrences in the control group,and the recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-management ability score of the two groups of patients improved compared with that before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the life quality of the two groups of patients improved compared with that before the intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing based on the network platform can improve the self-management ability of patients with gout,improve the control level of blood uric acid and the living quality of patients.
