强化护理干预在肝癌并发糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of intensive nursing intervention in patients with liver cancer complicated with diabetes

目的探讨强化护理干预在肝癌合并糖尿病患者中的应用。方法选取本院2017年3月至2019年12月收治的肝癌合并糖尿病的患者70例为研究对象,等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用强化护理干预。比较两组患者术后恢复情况、血糖控制情况、术后1周生活质量。结果观察组切口1期愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后血糖水平控制情况优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化护理干预有利于加速肝癌合并糖尿病患者术后康复,控制血糖水平,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of intensive nursing intervention in patients with liver cancer combined with diabetes.Methods To select 70 cases of patients with liver cancer combined with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 as the study objects,and they were equally divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group used conventional care,and the observation group used intensive nursing intervention based on the control group.The postoperative recovery,blood sugar control and quality of life 1 week after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The first-stage healing rate of incisions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the pain degree was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the time of getting out of bed,time of anal exhaust and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the postoperative blood sugar level control was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive nursing intervention was beneficial to accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with liver cancer and diabetes,control blood sugar levels,and improve the quality of life.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
