多学科联合护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者代谢功能与生存质量的影响

Effect of multidisciplinary joint nursing on metabolic function and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨多学科联合护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者代谢功能与生存质量的影响。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用多学科联合护理。比较两组视功能、代谢功能、生存质量及护理满意度。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖、血清糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组立体觉、周边视野、感觉适应评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组视功能生存质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者采取多学科联合护理,可有效改善患者视功能、代谢功能,提升生活质量,让患者满意。

Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary joint nursing on metabolic function and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019as the study objects,and they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used routine care,and the observation group used multidisciplinary joint nursing based on the control group to compare the visual function,metabolic function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose and serum glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the three-dimensional vision,peripheral vision,and sensory adaptation scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the living quality score of visual function in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary joint nursing for patients with diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the visual function and metabolic function of the patients,improve the quality of life,and satisfy the patients.
