全日制追踪随访管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭老年患者中的应用

Application of full-time follow-up management in elderly patients undergoing chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and respiratory failure

目的探讨全日制追踪随访管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭老年患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月90例出院的COPD合并呼吸衰竭老年患者为研究对象,将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规追踪随访管理干预,观察组采用全日制追踪随访管理,对比两组干预后的自我效能感评分、自我护理能力评分和生活质量评分。结果观察组干预后自我效能感评分、自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用全日制追踪随访管理对COPD合并呼吸衰竭老年患者施加干预,可提升其自我效能感与自护能力,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of full-time follow-up management in elderly patients undergoing chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)and respiratory failure.Methods To select 90 cases of elderly patients with COPD and respiratory failure who were discharged from the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided equally into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine follow-up management intervention,and the observation group adopted full-time follow-up management to compare the self-efficacy score,self-care ability score and quality of life score of the two groups after intervention.Results After the intervention,the self-efficacy score and self-care ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full-time follow-up management intervention in elderly patients with COPD and respiratory failure can improve their self-efficacy and self-care ability,and improve their quality of life.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
