摘要
目的探讨案例教学法(CBL)结合概念图在呼吸与危重症医学科(PCCM)护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年3月实习生46名为对照组,2019年7月至2020年1月实习生40名为观察组,对照组采用传统“一对一”教师带教,观察组采用CBL联合概念图教学,比较两组护生期末考核成绩、批判性思维能力(CTDI-CV)评分。结果观察组护生沟通、床边实践、护理记录书写、急救、接诊、知识点考核、笔试总成绩及操作总成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生CTDI-CV各维度评分及总评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合概念图教学能明显提高护生对PCCM学科的专科理论知识水平、操作技能,加强了护生的评判性思维能力,激发了护生的学习兴趣,得到了护生的广泛认可,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with concept map in pulmonary and critical care medicine(PCCM)nursing students teaching.Methods To select 46 interns from June 2018 to March 2019 as a control group,and select 40 interns from July 2019 to January 2020 as an observation group.The control group adopted traditional"one-on-one"teachers to teach,and the observation group used CBL combined with concept map teaching to compare the final assessment scores and critical thinking ability(CTDI-CV)scores of the two groups of nursing students.Results The observation group's nursing students'communication,bedside practice,nursing record writing,first aid,consultation,knowledge point assessment,written test scores and total operation scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group's CTDI-CV scores and the total score was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL combined with concept map teaching can significantly improve the professional theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students in PCCM discipline,strengthen the critical thinking ability of nursing students,stimulate their interest in learning,and have been widely recognized by nursing students.It was worthy of clinical promotion.
