城市社区居家养老的社会工作介入研究——以曲靖市J社区为例

Study on the Social Work of Community Home Care for Urban Community——Take J Community in Qujing City as an Example

随着老龄化社会的到来,我国的老年人口数量不断增多,老龄化问题不仅仅关系到个人和家庭,还对社会的发展产生了深刻的影响。居家养老模式在我国多种养老模式中具有明显的优势。社会工作介入社区居家养老,存在着养老人员不专业、缺乏专业人才、服务内容单一和资金投入少等困难。社会工作者在工作中应充分将社会工作“助人自助”的专业化服务理念融入我国的社区居家养老领域中,让居家老年人享受便捷、专业的服务,解决居家养老中存在的问题。

With the advent of an aging society,the number of elderly people in our country is increasing.The problem of aging is not only related to individuals and families,but also has a profound impact on social development.The home-based pension model has obvious advantages in China’s various pension models.Social work is involved in community home care,and there are difficulties such as unprofessional elders,lack of professional talents,single service content and low capital investment.Social workers fully integrate the special service concept of“helping self-help”in social work into the field of community home care for the elderly in our country,so that home elderly can enjoy convenient and professional services,and solve the problems in home care.
