摘要
机关事业单位养老保险经办机构是完成机关事业单位职工各项参保和缴费事项的部门,因此经办机构的工作流程、工作人员岗位设置及工作状态,及其在经办机关单位人员养老保险的过程中,如果存在问题或风险,就会直接影响到职工的切身利益,影响到正常的养老保障权益。因此,对经办机构的工作需要进行正确的监督和有效的风险控制,才能在其工作效率及稳定性方面为机关事业单位的职工养老保险正常办理提供保障。主要针对经办机构中存在的问题与风险情况进行基本的分析和阐述,提出能够规避经办养老保险业务工作中风险的科学方法。
organization endowment insurance agency orgnaization is completed the ginseng of employees of administrative departments and institutions department and pay cost items,so the orgnaization of agency of work process,the staff of post setting and working status,and its the orgnaization of agency of unit personnel in the process of endowment insurance,if there is a problem or risk,will directly affect the vital interests of the worker,affect the normal old-age security of the rights and interests.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out correct supervision and effective risk control to the work of agency institutions,so as to ensure its work efficiency and stability,and provide protection for the normal handling of the employees’pension insurance of government organs and public institutions.Based on the basic analysis and elaboration of the problems and risks existing in the handling institutions,the paper puts forward scientific methods to improve and avoid the risks in the handling of endowment insurance business.
