基于创建全国文明城市热潮下的衡阳市民道德建设研究

随着城市现代化建设进程的加快,各个城市越来越重视全国文明城市的创建。衡阳作为湖南的一个重要的地级市,也加入了全国文明城市创建的热潮中。加强衡阳市民的道德建设,是促进衡阳市社会文明进步和提升衡阳市民整体素质的客观要求,是衡阳创建全国文明城市的重要内容。发展教育事业,以教育内在化地提升市民的道德水平;打造衡阳地方特色,凝聚社会向心力;着重发挥新闻媒体在精神文明建设中的道德引领和道德示范作用,有效地提升衡阳市民的道德水平,推进衡阳全国文明城市的创建。

With the acceleration of the process of urban modernization,cities pay more and more attention to the establishment of national civilized cities.As an important prefecture level city in Hunan Province,Hengyang has joined the upsurge of building a civilized city in China.Strengthening the moral construction of Hengyang citizens is the objective requirement to promote the progress of the whole social civilization and the overall quality of Hengyang citizens,and is an important content of Hengyang to create a national civilized city.From the development of education,from the internalization of education to enhance the moral level of citizens,create Hengyang local characteristics,condense the social centripetal force,we should give full play to the role of news media in moral guidance and moral demonstration in the sonstruction of spiritual civilization,we can effectively improve the moral level of Hengyang citizens and effectively promote the establishment of Hengyang national civilized city.
