基于区域经济发展视角下的地方高校创新创业教育体系构建研究——以内蒙古自治区为例

Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Local Universities Based on the Vision of Regional Economic Development——A Case Study of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

人才资源是推动区域经济发展的核心资源,而地方高校作为我国创新创业人才培养的重要阵地,开展创新创业教育是高校服务国家创新驱动发展战略、促进区域经济产业结构优化的重要举措。基于此,以内蒙古自治区为例,从完善保障体系、创新培养模式、健全激励机制、把握外部政策等四个方面构建创新创业教育体系,以期提高人才培养质量,发挥创新创业教育与区域经济的协同优势,促进创新创业教育与区域经济的协调互动发展。

Talent resources are the core resources to promote regional economic development,and local colleges as an important position of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship talent training,innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure for colleges to serve the national innovation-driven development strategy and promote the optimization of regional economic industrial structure.Based on this,take lnner Mongolia Autonmous Region as an example,this paper constructs the innovation and entrepreneurship education system from the following four aspects:improving the guarantee system,innovating the training mode,perfecting the incentive mechanism,and grasping the external policies,so as to improve the quality of talent training,give play to the synergies between innovation and entrepreneurship education and regional economy,and promote the coordinated and interactive development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and regional economy.
