钢结构桥梁中焊接质量的影响因素探究

摘要 在公路桥梁建设施工中,钢结构桥梁作为一种广泛应用的手段,体现出来强抗震性、高强度以及工期较短的优点,为桥梁建筑施工的开展提供了可靠保障。而在钢结构桥梁施工中,焊接作为其中的重要内容,其自身的质量会对整个桥梁的建设质量产生直接的影响。而在开展钢结构桥梁焊接的过程中,往往受到了各方面因素的影响,这些因素的存在,会对焊接的质量产生直接的作用。因此,在进行钢结构桥梁施工中,对焊接质量的影响因素进行分析,通过制定有效的应对措施,强化对焊接质量的控制,为保证钢结构桥梁的质量打下良好基础。 In the construction of highway bridges,steel bridges,as a widely used means,embody the advantages of strong seismic resistance,high strength and short construction period,and provide a reliable guarantee for the construction of bridges.In the construction of steel structure bridge,welding as an important content,its own quality will have a direct impact on the construction quality of the whole bridge.In the process of welding steel structure bridge,it is often affected by various factors,the existence of these factors will have a direct effect on the quality of welding.Therefore,in the construction of steel structure bridge,the influencing factors of welding quality are analyzed,and the control of welding quality is strengthened by making effective countermeasures,which lays a good foundation for ensuring the quality of steel structure bridge.
