摘要 永磁悬浮装置具有悬浮高度大及稳定性高等优点,但也具有电磁阻力及能量损耗均较大等缺点.设计出一种直线型Halbach阵列永磁悬浮装置,给出了导体板及磁体阵列所需参数的确定方法;分析了所设计悬浮系统的运行特性,给出了:(1)悬浮力、磁阻力及浮阻比与速度的关系曲线;(2)悬浮力及磁阻力随悬浮高度变化曲线;(3)不同悬浮高度下,涡流损耗随速度变化曲线.最后,对悬浮系统的自稳定性进行了分析,给出了悬浮系统受干扰力作用时恢复稳态的作用机理.上述分析表明:所设计的永磁悬浮系统具有浮阻比大、电磁阻力及能量损耗均较小等优点. Aiming at the disadvantages of large magnetic drag force and energy loss,a linear Halbach array permanent magnetic levitation device is designed,and the method to determine the parameters of conductor plate and magnet array is given.The operating characteristics of the designed levitation system are analyzed such as the relationship of levitation force,magnetic drag force and ratio of levitation force to magnetic drag force with velocity;the relation of levitation force and magnetic drag force with levitation height and the eddy current loss curve with velocity change at different levitation heights.The autostability of the levitation system is analyzed,and the mechanism of restoring steady state when the levitation system is disturbed is given.The above analysis shows that the designed magnetic levitation system has the advantages of large ratio of levitation force to magnetic drag force with small magnetic drag force and energy loss.
