摘要 塑料瓶的气密性检测过程繁琐,存在生产效率低、人工成本高等问题,为此,结合电气控制和人机界面进行系统设计并调试。该系统采用西门子S7-1200PLC进行控制,气缸和真空发生器作为执行元件,通过人机界面触摸屏和继电器进行电气控制,实现了被检测塑料瓶自动定位、抽真空等过程,大大提升了检测效率,节约了人力成本。 The air tightness testing process of plastic bottles is cumbersome,leading to problems such as low production efficiency and high labor costs.For this reason,this article Combine electrical control and man-machine interface for system design and debugging.The system uses Siemens S7-1200 PLC for control,cylinders and vacuum generators as actuators,electrical control through man-machine interface touch screens and relays,and realizes the automatic positioning and vacuuming of the plastic bottles to be tested,which greatly improves the detection efficiency and saves the labor cost.
