摘要
福州某集污池清淤项目,由于现场环境所限,采用污泥固化剂对集污池底泥进行原位固化处理。通过响应面分析法,确定固化剂掺量、固化时间和固化土强度的关系,再通过试验验证,确定满足设计要求和不同施工要求的固化剂掺量,分别为350kg/m^3、600kg/m^3和900kg/m^3。
Sludge stabilizer was applied to solidification treatment in situ of sediment in some declogging project of sewage collection sump in Fuzhou.Through the Response Surface Methodology,the relationship between dosage of stabilizer,curing time and unconfined compression strength of stabilized soil was confirmed.Then,the dosages that satisfied the same design requirements and different construction requirements were validated by experiments,and the results were list:350 kg/m^3,600 kg/m^3 and 900 kg/m^3.
