不同栽培基质对天麻品质的影响

Effects of Different Substrates on Quality of Gastrodia elata

为了阐明土壤质地对栽培天麻品质的影响,将来自4个地区的7个天麻品系的白麻种植在同一地点,并分别使用纯河沙和半河沙(50%河沙+腐殖土50%)作为栽培基质.一年后,采挖并测量这些天麻品系的可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量.结果表明:7个种植于半河沙基质中的天麻品系的平均可溶性糖分别是12.52%,11.71%,11.71%,11.12%,15.31%,12.57%和12.71%,显著(0.01<P<0.05)高于种植于纯河沙中的同一品系的可溶性多糖;其可溶性蛋白含量分别是0.86%,0.76%,0.69%,0.66%,0.73%,0.94%和1.01%,显著(0.05<P<0.10)高于种植于纯河沙中的同一品系可溶性蛋白含量.说明栽培基质的质地对天麻的品质具有显著的影响.

Gastrodia elata possesses high medicinal value,the commodity G.elata in the current market is major from artificial cultivation.In order to elucidate the effect of soil texture on the quality of G.elata,the juvenile tubers of seven G.elata strains collected from four different regions were planted in two different cultivation soils made up of pure river sands and semi-river sands(half river sand mixed with half Humus)in same position respectively.The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein of above seven G.elata strains were measured after planting for one year.The results showed that the average content of soluble sugar above G.elata strains planted in semi-river sands were 12.52%,11.71%,11.71%,11.12%,15.31%,12.57%and 12.71%respectively,and were all significant(0.01<p<0.05)higher than that of the same strains planted in pure river sand.their soluble protein content were 0.86%,0.76%,0.69%,0.66%,0.73%,0.94%and 1.01%respectively,and were also significant(0.05<p<0.1)higher than that of the same strains planted in pure river sand.The results provided the evident that the soil texture has a significant effect on the quality of G.elata.
