摘要 对CRISPR/Cas9系统进行了介绍,并对其发现、作用机制、系统分类及应用、系统存在的局限性及改进等方面进行了详细记述,为该系统在不同物种中的广泛应用提供借鉴. This article introduces the CRISPR/Cas 9 system,and describes its discovery,mechanism of action,system classification and application,limitations and improvements of the system in detail,and provides a reference for the wide application of the system in different species.
