摘要
柔性压力传感器作为可穿戴电子设备的重要组成部分,是如今的热门研究方向。如何合理地设计与制备压敏材料是研究的重点。利用静电纺丝技术制备了具有3D网络结构的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜,通过聚多巴胺(PDA)进行表面改性,再将聚苯胺(PANI)作为导电填料,成功制备出性能优异的柔性压力敏感薄膜,进而得到了测量范围较宽(0~70 kPa)、灵敏度较大(10.1(kPa)^-1)以及具有良好稳定性的柔性压力传感器。
Flexible pressure sensor,as one of the most potential wearable electronic devices,has been a research hot topic in recent years.The rational design and preparation of the pressure sensitive materials play an important role in this research.we have applied the electrospinning method to prepare the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)films with a 3D network structure,and we have superficially modified them with polydopamine(PDA),following with employing the polyaniline(PANI)as the conductive filling material.A flexible pressure sensor with excellent response performance was fabricated,which could achieve high sensitivity of 10.1(kPa)^-1,wide measuring range from 0 to 70 kPa with excellent stability.
