摘要
当前我国高校思想政治教育中显性教育和隐性教育相融合工作存在教育阵地各自为政,施教主体单一化,教育内容缺乏系统设计,教育载体泛娱乐化,对网络新媒体手段利用不足等问题,显性教育和隐性教育没有形成合力,各自的优势也没有充分体现。我国高校推进思想政治教育中显性教育和隐性教育相统一工作可以从组建育人共同体,打造“大思政课”;优化新媒体教育载体,建设高校育人全媒体平台;以学生需求为导向,打造“精准滴灌”思政教育供给侧;以课程思政为抓手,构建“大思政”育人体系等方面着手,着力推进思想政治教育中显性教育和隐性教育的融合,进而实现全员全程全方位育人,提升高校思想政治教育的育人效果。
At present,there are some problems in the integration of explicit education and implicit education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China,such as lack of coordination among education units,simplification of teaching subjects,lack of systematic design of educational content,pan-entertainment of educational carriers and insufficient use of new network media and other problems.Explicit education and implicit education have not formed a joint force,and their respective advantages have not been given full paly.In order to promote the unity of explicit education and implicit education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China,we can set up a community of educating people,build a“great ideological and political course”,optimize the carrier of new media education,and build an all-media platform for educating people in colleges and universities.Based on the needs of students,we need to build the supply side of ideological and political education of“precise drip irrigation”,construct the“great ideological and political”education system with the starting point of ideological and political courses,and strive to promote the integration of explicit education and implicit education in ideological and political education,so as to realize one-stop and all-round education of the participation of all staff,and improve the educational effects of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
