海军某部军事训练骨干基本军事训练素养调查分析

Investigation on basic literacy of military training of military training cadre in a battalion of PLA navy

目的了解军事训练骨干基本军事训练素养现状,明确其与军事训练伤的关系,为提高军事训练成绩、减少训练伤发生提供依据。方法通过研制调查问卷,采取问卷调查的方式,普查海军某营区199名训练骨干的基本军事训练素养情况,并整群抽取2个单位79名班长所在班级近半年训练伤发生现状,分析基本军事训练素养与训练伤的关系。结果调查的199名骨干基本军事训练素养平均得分为63.92分,汉族好于少数民族,其他无显著差异。基本军事训练素养总分不同的班长,其所在班级的训练伤发生率不全相同(P <0.01),其基本知识(P <0.01)与基本技能(P <0.05)高低对训练伤发生有影响。结论通过开展训练骨干基本军事训练素养认证、建立基本军事训练素养课程培训体系、完善军事训练骨干能力素质评价体系等方法,全面提升军事训练骨干基本军事训练素养,从而减少训练伤发生,提高训练水平。

Objective To understand the current situation of basic literacy of military training of military training cadre and identify its association with the military training injury,so as to provide a reference for improving the performance of military training and decreasing the incidence of training injury.Methods A self-developed questionnaire was used to perform a general investigation on the basic literacy of military training among 199 training cadres in a battalion of the PLA navy.A total of 79 class presidents from two units were selected using cluster sampling to understand the situation of their class concerning training injury in the last half year and analyze the association of basic literacy of military training with the training injury.Results The 199 cadres investigated got an average score of 63.92 in the basic literacy of military training,with the score of the ethnic Han higher than that of the minority.No difference was observed in other aspects.For the class presidents with different scores in the basic literacy of military training,their classes varied in the incidence of training injury(P<0.01).The incidence of training injury was associated with the level of the class presidents'basic knowledge(P<0.01)and basic skills(P<0.05).Conclusion To comprehensively promote the basic literacy of military training of the military training cadre and consequently reduce the incidence of training injury and improve the level of training,we should implement the certification of basic literacy of military training for the military training cadre,set up a training system for the courses of basic literacy of military training,and perfect the evaluation system and other methods of capability and literacy of the military training cadre.
