甘肃某医院出院随访对医疗风险及满意度影响的研究

Effects of post-discharge follow-up on medical risk and satisfaction in a hospital in Gansu

目的分析出院随访对降低妇产科医疗风险的价值及对孕产妇满意度的影响。方法以2018年1月~2020年1月来医院诊治的妇产科孕产妇1800例作为研究对象,随机数字法分为两组,每组900例,对照组行常规管理,试验组行出院随访管理,对比管理效果。结果试验组满意度为95.00%高于对照组的65.00%,试验组医疗风险发生率为2.55%低于对照组的17.55%(P <0.05)。结论妇产科孕产妇应用出院随访管理效果显著,能够有效提升妇产科院外医疗的整体管理效果与质量,降低医疗风险,有效改善孕产妇的相关临床指标与预后,因此,值得广泛的应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the value of post-discharge follow-up in reducing the medical risk and its effects on maternal satisfaction.Methods A total of 1800 pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an experimental group using the random number method,with 900 cases each.The routine management was performed for the control group,and the postdischarge follow-up management was performed for the experimental group.A comparison of management effect was made between the two groups.Results The score of maternal satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(95.00%vs 65.00%).The experimental group had a higher incidence of medical risk than the control group(2.55%vs 17.55%),showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of post-discharge follow-up in the management of the pregnant women in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology can effectively strengthen the overall management effect and quality of outof-hospital healthcare of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,lower the medical risk,and effectively improve the relevant clinical indicators and prognosis of pregnant women,which is worthy of extensive application and promotion.
