摘要 文章通过调研分析企事业单位科技管理工作的现状,进而提升各单位科研管理工作的效率,特此设计实现基于现有相关工作数据及技术管理资源,采用统一的编码体系、文件格式标准,建立一套基于私有云的数据检索与信息化平台,实现项目工程、技术管理及招投标文件等信息和数据的整合,并打造贯通不同知识库的统一检索平台,方便工作人员快捷检索查找所需的工作资料,充分发挥相关数据的核心价值,全面提升科研项目管理规范化运作水平。 Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the sci-tech management work of enterprises and public institutions,this paper aims to improve the efficiency of the scientific research management work of each unit.Therefore,based on the existing relevant work data and technical management resources,it adopts the unified coding system and file format standard to establish a set of data retrieval and information platform based on private cloud,aiming to realize the integration of information and data such as project engineering,technical management and bidding documents.Furthermore,it creates an unified retrieval platform integrating different knowledge bases to facilitate the staff to quickly retrieve and search the required work data,give full play to the core value of the relevant data,and comprehensively improve the standardized operation level of scientific research project management.
