太仓高新区高质量创新生态体系构建研究

Study on the construction of high-quality innovation ecological system of Taicang New and High-tech District

目前,园区建设与新型城市的发展融为一体,并体现出了能够激发创新并依靠创新支撑发展的核心内涵。太仓高新区已经成为太仓市实施创新驱动发展战略的重要载体,在转变发展方式、优化产业结构、增强国际竞争力等方面发挥了重要作用,在发挥好示范引领的同时,对太仓市经济社会发展起到了巨大的辐射带动作用。文章通过全面分析太仓高新区创新发展现状和方向,提出太仓高新区高质量创新生态体系构建的基本思路,以及在此基础上实现5个功能板块的目标导向,以期推动太仓高新区的高质量发展。

At present,industry park construction integrates with the development of new city,and embodies the core connotation that can stimulate and rely on innovation to support development.Taicang New and High-tech District has become an important carrier of the strategy of implementing innovation-driven development in Taicang.It has played an important role in transforming development mode,optimizing industrial structure and enhancing international competitiveness.It not only gives full play to the demonstration leading role,but also plays a great radiation driving role in the economic and social development of Taicang.Based on an overall analysis of the present situation and directions of innovation development of Taicang New and High-tech District,this paper puts forward the basic ideas of constructing its high-quality innovation ecological system,and the goal orientation of realizing five function modules based on the ideas,hoping to promote the high-quality development of Taicang New and High-tech District.
