摘要 信息和高速互联网技术的普及化推动了我国数字经济的高速发展,数字技术的不断渗透深刻改变了贸易的内容和形式。产业的升级需要专业人才的支撑,数字贸易的发展同样需要综合性数字贸易人才来推动。然而,“新模式催生新需求”,作为对外贸易领域发展的新方向,数字贸易对外贸相关从业人员提出了新的要求。作为贸易人才产出的主要阵地,高校国际贸易专业人才培养也面临着新的挑战。高校在数字贸易人才培养中面临哪些困境,如何提升数字贸易人才培养的水平,以适配行业和企业的用人需求是亟待解决的问题。文章从数字贸易的内涵和发展现状着手,着力探讨高校在数字贸易人才培养中的困境,并提出相应的优化策略,为高校国贸专业提升数字贸易人才培养水平提供参考。 The popularization of information and high-speed internet technology has promoted the rapid development of China’s digital economy,and the continuous penetration of digital technology has profoundly changed the content and form of trade.The upgrading of industry needs the support of professional talents,and the development of digital trade also needs the promotion of comprehensive digital trade talents.However,“New models generate new demands”,as a new direction of development in the field of foreign trade,digital trade puts forward new requirements for foreign trade related personnel.As the main production base of trade talents,colleges and universities also face new challenges in training international trade professionals.It is an urgent problem for colleges and universities to solve what predicament they are facing in training digital trade talents,and how to improve the training level of digital trade talents so as to meet the needs of enterprises and industries.Starting from the connotation and development status of digital trade,this paper discusses the predicament of training talents in digital trade in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategy,which provides reference for training talents in digital trade in colleges and universities.
