PDCA循环提高手术室麻醉药品管理质量中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle in improving the management quality of narcotics in operation rooms

目的:应用PDCA循环提高手术室麻醉药品管理质量。方法:文章把手术室2017年1—6月常规麻醉药品管理作为对照组,分析总结对照组存在的问题,应用PDCA循环进行改进,以2017年7—12月分析改进后麻醉药品的质量管理作为对照观察组,比较两组麻醉药品使用登记情况。结果:对照组中共发现医护人员因素、制度因素、环境因素及其他因素的问题65处,经过PDCA循环改进后,观察组存在的问题显著减少,只发现问题10处(P=0.002,P=0.002,P=0.002,P=0.002)。观察组的患者信息及药品信息登记合格率均明显高于对照组(P=0.000,P=0.002)。结论:应用PDCA循环可有效提高手术室麻醉药品管理质量,降低医疗风险,使手术室麻醉药品管理科学化、程序化、规范化和可持续化。

Objective:To improve the management quality of narcotics in operation rooms with PDCA cycle.Methods:The article took the routine narcotics management in the operation rooms from January to June 2017 as the control group,analyzed and summarized the existing problems in the control group and applied the PDCA cycle to improve the situation.And quality management of the improved narcotics from July to December 2017 was taken as the control group.Analysis was conducted and the use registration of the narcotics in the two groups was compared.Results:(1)sixty-five problems of medical personnel,system,environment and other factors were found in the control group;(2)after the improvement by PDCA cycle,there were only ten problems(P=0.002,P=0.002,P=0.002,P=0.002)in the observation group,which significantly decreased;(3)the qualified rates of patient information and drug information registration in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P=0.000,P=0.002).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle can effectively improve the management quality of narcotics in operation rooms,reduce the risk of medical treatment,and make the narcotics management in operation rooms scientific,procedural,standardized and sustainable.
