摘要
航空港经济发展是当今经济发展的重要形式,郑州航空港是国务院批复的首个上升为国家战略的经济先行区,港区物流业与腹地经济的良好互动有利于推动本土及周边地区经济发展。文中运用系统动力学方法构建郑州航空港物流业与腹地经济协同发展模型并通过政策模拟研究了港口投资比例、腹地产业结构和港口物流企业规模对航空港及腹地经济的影响。结果表明:港区物流业发展对腹地经济的带动效应并不明显;增加港区政策扶持、扩大物流企业规模均有利于提升港区的吞吐量,而港区目前基础设施尚未健全,继续扩大企业规模并不会产生理想的效果。
Airport economic development is an important form of economic development today.Zhengzhou airport is the first economic Pioneer Area approved by the State Council to rise to the national strategy.The good interaction between port logistics industry and hinterland economy is conducive to promoting the economic development of local and surrounding areas.In this paper,the system dynamics method is used to construct the coordinated development model of Zhengzhou airport logistics industry and hinterland economy,and the influence of port investment proportion,hinterland industrial structure and port logistics enterprise scale on airport and hinterland economy is studied through policy simulation.The results show that:the driving effect of the development of port logistics industry on the hinterland economy is not obvious;increasing policy support,adjusting the industrial structure of hinterland economy,and expanding the scale of logistics enterprises are conducive to improving the throughput of the port.However,the infrastructure of the port has not been completed yet,so it will not produce ideal effect to continue to expand the scale of enterprises.
