摘要
疫情背景下,传统超市转型中的O2O即时配送订单持续增长,凸显即时配送模式优势。文中以永辉超市为研究对象,通过案例分析法,针对永辉超市O2O即时配送现存问题,采取问卷调查等方式收集用户数据,利用python编程对永辉超市线上订单的用户构建用户画像,实现小区社群用户聚类,提出打通自营及第三方双平台,匹配个性化配送模式等优化策略。
Under the influence of coronavirus,O2O real-time delivery orders in the transformation of traditional supermarkets continue to grow,highlighting the advantages of the real-time delivery model.This article takes Yonghui Supermarket as the research object,through case analysis method,aiming at the existing problems of O2O real-time delivery of Yonghui Supermarket,adopting questionnaire surveys and other methods to collect users data,using python programming to build user portraits for users of Yonghui Supermarket online orders,and achieve community users clustering.Finally,proposing optimization strategies such as opening up self-operated and third-party dual platforms,matching personalized delivery models to solve the existing problems.
