In recent years,China's market economy has been developing faster and faster.Driven by it,enterprise management and market environment have also changed a lot.However,the investigation on the operation of pharmaceutical enterprises shows that the logistics cost is too high,which has a serious impact on the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,pharmaceutical enterprises should optimize the management of logistics costs from the perspective of supply chain,so as to improve the level of cost control of enterprises,so that pharmaceutical enterprises can gain greater advantages in market competition.This paper introduces the strategy of logistics cost management in traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in supply chain environment in detail,hoping to provide help for pharmaceutical enterprises to achieve better development.
