摘要
互联网快速发展催生了一系列以其为基础的平台企业,但很多平台仅昙花一现,就又消失在了互联网浪潮中。文中以互联网平台企业为研究对象,通过对淘宝发展历经的起步、扩展、成熟三阶段的阶段性分析,归纳出推动平台企业战略阶段性发展的驱动机制,并从资源配置能力、创新能力及用户价值角度分析总结平台战略发展的关键要素。
The rapid development of the Internet has given birth to a series of platform enterprises based on it,but many platforms are only ephemeral and disappear in the Internet wave.This paper takes the Internet platform enterprises as the research object,through the analysis of the three stages of Taobao's development,including the start,expansion and maturity,sums up the driving mechanism to promote the strategic stage development of the platform enterprises,and analyzes and summarizes the key elements of the platform strategic development from the resource allocation ability,innovation ability and user value angle.
