摘要 近年来,我国公路运输总费用占GDP比值有所下降,但运输成本仍居高不下,与国外日美等国家相比还存在很大的下降空间。文中以某公路运输企业PJ公司为研究对象,首先选择线性规划的数学模型,对该公司的公路运输物流成本进行优化。然后对比分区法和线性规划法两种方案,得出低于该公司原有运输方案所消耗运输费用的方案,使运输成本达到最低。 The continuous development of e-commerce has greatly promoted the rapid development of logistics industry.In recent years,the ratio of total road transportation cost to GDP has decreased,but compared with other countries such as Japan and the United States,there is still much room for decline,and the transportation cost is still high.Linear programming(LP)is an important branch of operational research,which has been widely used.This paper takes PJ,a highway transportation enterprise as the research object.This paper firstly selects the linear programming mathematical model to optimize the highway transportation logistics cost of the company.Then by comparing the two optimization schemes of the zoning method and the linear programming method,the scheme that consumes less transportation cost than the original transportation scheme of the company is obtained,so as to achieve the purpose of maximizing the vehicle utilization rate and optimizing the cost.
