摘要
为了更好地提升航海技术专业实践教学效果,促进航海学科建设,结合工作实际,从实验室开放及利用率、教学运行管理、制度建设、人才队伍四个方面进行研究,分析问题产生的原因,并提出优化课程设置、规范教学过程、加强制度和队伍建设等一系列有针对性的对策与解决手段。
In order to improve the practical teaching effect of nautical technology majors and promote the construction of maritime disciplines,combined with the actual situation of the work,conducted research from four aspects:laboratory opening and utilization rate,teaching operation management,system construction,and talent team,and analyzed the reasons for the problems.And put forward a series of targeted countermeasures and solutions to optimize the curriculum,standardize the teaching process,strengthen the system and team building.
