摘要 针对储能锂离子电池使用过程中的温度检测精度不高和线束过多问题,提出一种基于光纤光栅传感的锂离子电池温度测量方法。经搭建试验系统进行验证,验证结果表明所提方法能有效减少线束之间的干扰,节省模块内的空间,满足储能电池在运行过程中的在线监测和安全预警的快速响应需求,为未来电池管理系统技术提供一种安全可靠且价格低的测量手段,提高电池管理系统的稳定性和可靠性,将进一步提高储能电池的整体安全性能,极大地促进电池储能的推广和应用。 In response to the low accuracy of temperature detection and excessive wiring harness in the use process of energy storage lithium-ion battery,a temperature measurement method for lithium-ion battery based on fiber Bragg grating sensing technology was developed.This measurement method can reduce effectively the interference between the wiring harness,and save the space in the module,meet the requirements of on-line monitoring and safety warning during the operation of energy storage battery,improve the accuracy of temperature measurement,optimize the module space,reduce the design of wiring harness,provide a new safe,reliable and low-cost measurement method for future battery management system technology,and improve the stability and reliability of battery management system further to improve the overall safety performance of energy storage battery,greatly promote the promotion and application of battery energy storage.
