苏北地区脱贫户返贫类型研究

A study on the types of poverty relief households returning to poverty innorthern Jiangsu province

随着江苏省扶贫攻坚战的逐步完成,苏北地区贫困户的生活水平有了明显提高,但这其中也存在不少脱贫户返贫的现象,论文从脱贫户和环境两个角度分析脱贫户返贫的类型,脱贫户导向的返贫主要有健康型返贫、能力型返贫和观念型返贫三类;环境导向的返贫主要有政策型返贫、供给型返贫和监督型返贫三类.

With the gradual completion of the poverty alleviation campaign in Jiangsu province,the living standards of the poor households in northern Jiangsu have been significantly improved,but there are also many poverty-stricken households returning to poverty.This paper analyzes the types of poverty alleviation from the perspective of poverty alleviation households and environment.There are three types of poverty alleviation oriented poverty alleviation:health type,ability type and concept type;environment oriented type includes policy type,supply type and supervision type.
