With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the discharge of municipal solid waste is increasing year by year.A large number of domestic waste not only causes serious pollution to the environment,but also brings a heavy burden to the city’s finance.Using price lever and charging policy to promote waste reduction has become a common topic faced by major cities.
