Literature review on determinants and consequences of stock price crash risk

从影响因素与经济后果两个方面对股价崩盘风险进行梳理和简要评述,发现现有文献对股价崩盘的研究主要集中在影响因素方面,对股价崩盘的经济后果的研究相对薄弱,同时,指出对股价崩盘风险影响因素的研究在文化差异方面存在的不足之处,为后续研究提供可能的拓展方向.

This paper reviews the risk of stock price crash from two aspects:influencing factors and economic consequences.It is found that the existing literature on stock price crash mainly focuses on the influencing factors,while the research on the economic consequences of stock price crash is relatively weak.At the same time,it points out that the research on the risk factors of stock price crash has some shortcomings in the aspect of cultural differences,so as to provide a possible direction for further research.
