摘要
研究探讨新生代员工创新导向工作价值观对创新绩效的影响机制,分析知识分享行为的中介作用以及工作自主性的调节作用,通过对289名新生代员工的问卷调查和数据统计分析,结果表明新生代员工的创新导向工作价值观对创新绩效产生显著的正向影响;工作自主性对创新导向工作价值观和创新绩效之间的关系起到调节作用;知识分享行为在创新导向工作价值观和创新绩效之间起到中介作用,并且工作自主性的调节作用也通过知识分享行为的中介而实现.
This study explores the influence mechanism of the new generation employees’ innovation oriented work values on innovation performance,and analyzes the mediating role of knowledge sharing behavior and the moderating role of work autonomy.Through the questionnaire survey and data statistical analysis of 289 new generation employees,the results show that the innovation oriented work values of new generation employees have a significant positive impact on innovation performance;work autonomy plays a moderating role in the relationship between innovation oriented work values and innovation performance;knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role between innovation oriented work values and innovation performance,and the moderating effect of work autonomy is also realized through the intermediary of knowledge sharing behavior.
