摘要
创新人才培养已成为当今教育发展的总趋势,是高校的基本职能之一,受传统教育理念、课程设置和教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍、考核方式等多种因素的影响,高校培养出的人才与知识经济时代对创新人才的需求存在着差距,为培养满足当今社会经济发展需要的创新人才,高校应首先明确自身人才培养目标定位,旨在培养适应本校特点的创新人才,在此基础上转变教育观念、优化课程体系、改革教学方法、加强师资队伍建设、改革考核评价制度.
The cultivation of innovative talents has become the general trend of educational development,and it is one of the basic functions of colleges and universities.Influenced by many factors,such as traditional education idea,curriculum setting,teaching content,teaching method,teaching staff,examination method and so on,there is a gap between the talents trained by colleges and universities and the demand for innovative talents in the knowledge economy era.In order to cultivate innovative talents to meet the needs of today’s social and economic development,colleges and universities should first clear the talents cultivation target,aiming at training innovative talents to adapt to the characteristics of the university.On this basis,they should change the educational concept,optimize the course system,reform the teaching methods,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and reform the assessment system.
