遵义市养老机构运营状况分析

An Analysis of Operation of Pension Institutions in Zunyi

我国老龄人口不断增加,机构养老作为家庭养老和社区养老方式的重要补充,有其特定的优势。基于此,文章对遵义市的11家养老机构进行了实地调研,发现养老机构在运营中存在床位空置率高、养老服务人才缺乏、老人照护质量低等突出问题,并在此基础上提出了理清服务定位、注重养老服务人才培养、政府职能部门协同推进等方面的对策建议。

With the increasing number of elderly people in China,institutional pension,as an important supplement of family pension and community pension,has its specific advantages.Based on this,the article makes an on-the-spot investigation of 11 pension institutions in Zunyi City,and finds that there are some outstanding problems in the operation of pension institutions,such as high vacancy rate of beds,lack of pension service personnel,low quality of care for the elderly and so on.On this basis,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as clarifying the service orientation,paying attention to the training of pension service talents,and the coordinated promotion of government functional departments.
