摘要
提高师范生的培养质量,需要教师重视对教法的钻研,提高教学能力和业务水平。实践取向的职训教学法,是指在课堂教学中将专业理论课教学内容与师范生教师职业素养培养相结合,让学生在做中学。这样既可促进师范生的专业理论学习,又可促进教师职业思想素养、教师职业技能素养等的生成与提高。
In order to improve the training quality of normal school students,it is necessary for teachers to pay attention to the study of teaching methods and improve their teaching ability and professional level.The practice-oriented teaching method of vocational training refers to the combination of the teaching content of professional theoretical courses with the cultivation of teachers’professional quality in classroom teaching,so that students can study by doing.This can not only promote the professional theory study of normal school students,but also promote the generation and improvement of teachers’professional ideological literacy,teachers’professional skills literacy and so on.
