摘要
民办高校作为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,推动了我国高等教育由精英教育逐步向大众化教育的转变,未来我国高等教育仍然需要可持续发展的民办高等教育。可是,民办高等教育在蓬勃发展的同时,面临着青年骨干教师流失严重、师资队伍建设滞后、教学质量难以保证等问题,严重影响学校办学水平和核心竞争力。基于此,分析研究治理教师流失问题对民办高校师资队伍建设具有重要意义。
As an important part of China’s education,private colleges and universities have facilitated the gradual transformation of China’s higher education from elite education to popular education.In the future,China’s higher education still needs the private higher education with sustainable development.However,with the vigorous development of private higher education,it is confronted with some problems,such as the serious loss of young backbone teachers,the lag of the construction of teaching staff,and the difficulty of ensuring teaching quality,which seriously affect the school-running level and core competitiveness.Based on this,the analysis and management of the loss of teachers is of great significance to the construction of teaching staff in private colleges and universities.
