摘要
为了降低炸药单耗,降低岩石剥离成本,在已有的爆破作业基础上,将15 m高台阶分成2个7~8 m台阶进行分层爆破作业实验。实验数据对比发现:分层爆破较之整台阶爆破单耗下降了11.8%,爆破成本下降了5.64%,大块率降低了万分之1.7,铲装结束后台阶平面未出现根底,分层爆破后铲装效率与矿日均采剥效率持平。通过分层爆破实验,降低了爆破作业炸药单耗和爆破大块率,消除了根底,降低了爆破成本和提高了铲装效率,取得了良好的预期效果。
In order to reduce the single consumption of explosives and the cost of rock stripping,on the basis of existing blasting operations,we divide 15 m high steps into two steps of 7 m to 8 m for layered blasting operations.The comparison of experimental data shows that the single consumption of stratified blasting is 11.8%lower than that of the whole step blasting,the blasting cost is5.64%lower,and the bulk rate is 1.7‰lower.After the completion of shoveling,there is no foundation on the step plane,and the shoveling efficiency is equal to the average daily mining and stripping efficiency.Through the stratified blasting experiment,the single consumption and blasting lump rate of blasting operation are reduced,the foundation is eliminated,the blasting cost is reduced and the shovel loading efficiency is improved,which obtain good expected results.
