摘要 通过分析P&H2800XPB电铲登机系统登机梯工作原理,对比气缸和电动缸设备的优点和缺点,简述了电动缸替代现有的气缸,作为动力源在电铲登机梯升降中应用。研究结果表明:改造后平均每天故障小时数明显减少,节约了维修成本,大幅提升了设备出动率,为矿山生产带来了更多的经济效益。 The boarding system of P&H2800 XPB electric shovel is a system in which the air source acts on two cylinders to control the ascending and descending of the ladder.In winter,the boarding system of electric shovel often breaks down,which affects the moving rate of the equipment.On this basis,by analyzing the working principle of climbing,the advantages and disadvantages of cylinder and electric cylinder equipment,this paper briefly describes the application of electric cylinder replacing the existing cylinder as the power source in the lifting of electric shovel climbing.The results show that the average number of failure hours per day after the transformation is significantly reduced,the maintenance cost is saved,the equipment turnover rate is greatly increased,and more economic benefits are brought to the mine production.
